Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on bococustom.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Sale. If you do not agree, please do not place an order. BOCO Custom LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time—continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of changes.

Products & Orders

We strive to display products accurately, but colors, dimensions, and specifications may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances, screen settings, or material availability. All load ratings are maximum values based on controlled testing with proper installation.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order (e.g., due to stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud). You will receive an order confirmation email upon acceptance.

Custom or personalized items are made-to-order and non-cancellable once production begins.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD and exclude shipping, taxes, and any applicable duties. We may change prices at any time without notice.

Payment is due at checkout via accepted methods (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay). We use secure Shopify processing—your card details are not stored by us.

Sales tax is added where required by law.

Intellectual Property

DXF files and product designs are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. No resale, distribution, or commercial reproduction permitted without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BOCO Custom LLC's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of products.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by California law (without regard to conflict of laws principles). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Bernardino County, California.
