Shipping & Delivery Policy

At BOCO Custom LLC, we work hard to process and ship your order quickly and reliably.

Order Processing

Please allow 1–5 business days for our team to process your order. Orders received before 3:00 PM PST (Pacific Time – Los Angeles) Monday–Friday typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Most in-stock items ship faster—often within 1–2 days. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer; we'll notify you if additional time is needed.

Shipping Carriers & Holidays

We typically ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, selecting the best option for your location, package size, and delivery speed.

We do not process or ship orders on U.S. federal holidays or weekends.

All shipments include tracking information, sent automatically to the email provided at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Once processed and shipped, orders within the U.S. typically arrive in 7 business days or less.

• Free shipping on orders over $50 (contiguous U.S.).
• Flat-rate or calculated shipping for lower amounts or non-contiguous areas (AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO).
• Delivery times are estimates—actual arrival may vary based on carrier performance and location.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via USPS International, UPS Worldwide, or FedEx International services.

Once processed and shipped, international orders typically arrive in 14 business days or less, though customs processing can extend this.

• Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Fees
International customers are solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or any other charges imposed by your country's authorities. These fees are NOT included in your order total or shipping cost and must be paid by you directly to the carrier or customs upon delivery.

BOCO Custom LLC does not collect, estimate, or remit these fees on your behalf, and we cannot refund or reimburse them under any circumstances. Please research your local import regulations before placing an order.

Tracking & Delays

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Check there first for the latest updates.

We cannot be responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, customs processing, or incorrect addresses.

If your package appears delayed beyond normal times, contact us and we'll help investigate.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with photos if applicable. We'll work with the carrier and get you a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
