At BOCO Custom LLC, we work hard to get your gear out the door as fast as possible. Most of our products are kept in stock and ready to ship from our facility in Apple Valley, California. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer; we'll notify you if additional time is needed.
Order Processing & Cut-Off Times
Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday, typically ship the same day.
After Hours & Weekends: Orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
We ship via UPS and USPS to ensure reliable delivery.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with tracking information.
Estimates: Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier. Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed by BOCO Custom LLC.
P.O. Boxes: While we ship via USPS, some oversized items or UPS-specific shipments may require a physical street address.
Local Pickup (Apple Valley, CA)

How it works: Simply select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout.
Notification: We will notify you via email as soon as your order is ready for collection.
International Shipping
We currently offer shipping to select international locations.
Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping rates and must be paid by the recipient upon arrival.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Delivery Confirmation: BOCO Custom LLC is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
Security: If you have concerns about package security, please ensure you are shipping to a secure location.
Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
