Shipping policy
At BOCO Custom LLC, we work hard to get your gear out the door as fast as possible. Most of our products are kept in stock and ready to ship from our facility in Apple Valley, California. Made-to-order items take longer, and we will notify you if additional time is needed.
Order Processing & Shipping Times
In-Stock Items: ship within 1–2 business days.
Made-to-Order Items: typically ship in 7–14 days (1–2 weeks).
Cut-Off Times: Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST, or on weekends and holidays, are counted from the next business day.
Shipping Methods, Rates & Transit Times
We ship with UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL Express, depending on your destination and the size and weight of your order. Shipping rates and transit times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. Our bulk packs, such as the Packout 10-pack, ship free to the lower 48 states.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with tracking information.
Estimates: Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier. Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed by BOCO Custom LLC.
P.O. Boxes: Some oversized or carrier-specific shipments require a physical street address.
Local Pickup (Apple Valley, CA)
Are you in the area? Skip the shipping fees!
How it works: Simply select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout.
Notification: We will notify you via email as soon as your order is ready for collection.
International Shipping
We ship physical orders to the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland and select European Union countries. Available destinations and rates are shown at checkout. Digital downloads (DXF files) are delivered by email.
Duties & Taxes: Import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply to international orders. Where they are not collected at checkout, they are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Delivery Confirmation: BOCO Custom LLC is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
Security: If you have concerns about package security, please ensure you are shipping to a secure location.
Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@bococustom.com with photos of the damage and the packaging.
