Can I use it on a wall?
No. This plate is recommended for floor mounting only, rated 100 lb. For wall mounting, choose the Locking Mounting Plate, rated 75 lb on a wall and 150 lb on a floor.
Can I weld it?
Yes. It ships uncoated, so you can weld it directly to a truck rack or trailer frame, or paint it to match your shop.
Why does it ship uncoated?
So you can paint or weld it. To prevent surface oxidation, we recommend a quick coat of clear or colored paint when it arrives.
What do the pack options mean?
A 2-pack is 2 plates, a 3-pack is 3 plates, and a 4-pack is 4 plates.
Is mounting hardware included?
No. Mounting surfaces vary, so choosing the correct hardware for the installation is up to the end user or installer.
