One of our favorite things about running a small shop is seeing where our parts end up. This one came in from a customer who set up his Honda XL750 Transalp to carry a Milwaukee® PACKOUT™ cooler on the rear rack, using our PACKOUT Undermount Mounting Plate.
Big thanks to him for sending in these photos.

Why an Undermount Plate on a Motorcycle
On a bike, every inch of height and every rattle matters. Our undermount plate keeps the fasteners underneath the plate, so the top stays flush and your PACKOUT box sits low and tight to the rack instead of perched on a stack of brackets.
- Hidden fasteners: Hardware sits under the plate for a clean, factory-installed look.
- Flush top: Boxes sit lower, which keeps the load closer to the bike.
- Click on, click off: Your PACKOUT box locks onto the plate and comes off in seconds when you get to camp.
- Steel or aluminum: Choose aluminum when you want to save weight.

FAQ
Will this fit my bike?
The plate bolts to a flat rear rack or tail rack. Standard plates come with pre-cut mounting slots, or ask us to leave them out so you can drill to match your rack.
Is mounting hardware included?
No. Racks vary, so choose hardware that suits your bike and rack.
Steel or aluminum for a motorcycle?
Both carry the same load ratings. Aluminum is lighter and resists rust; steel is the tougher, lower-cost option.
Is BOCO Custom affiliated with Milwaukee or Honda?
No. BOCO Custom LLC is an independent manufacturer. Milwaukee®, PACKOUT™ and Honda are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility and the customer's vehicle.
