Your Right to Cancel (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

How to Cancel

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. You can do this by:

• Submitting a cancellation request through your customer account
• Contacting us at admin@bococustom.com

We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request promptly.

Return Process

Once you have cancelled, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your cancellation. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refunds

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund Method

Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Condition of Returned Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. If goods are returned in a condition that reflects use beyond reasonable inspection, we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting that diminished value from your refund.

Exceptions — Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-cut signs and personalized brackets — goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
• Digital DXF files — digital content supplied on a digital medium where you have given prior consent and acknowledged the loss of withdrawal right
