Limited Warranty

BOCO Custom LLC provides a limited 1-year warranty on all physical products (mounting plates and metal signs) from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What is covered:

• Manufacturing defects such as cracks, breaks, or improper powder coating that occur without misuse.
• Structural failure due to faulty welding or material issues (not due to overloading or improper installation).

What is NOT covered:

• Normal wear and tear, scratches, or cosmetic damage.
• Damage from misuse, abuse, overloading beyond published ratings, improper installation, or modification.
• Rust or corrosion on raw steel finishes or from exposure to moisture/salt (unless stainless steel option was purchased).
• Products used in commercial, racing, off-road, or extreme conditions beyond intended garage/organizational use.
• Consequential or incidental damages (e.g., injury, vehicle damage, lost tools).

Digital products (DXF files) carry no warranty and are provided as-is.

Warranty Claims Process

To file a warranty claim:

1. Contact us within 1 year of delivery at admin@bococustom.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
2. We'll evaluate the claim and respond within 3–5 business days.
3. If approved, we'll provide a prepaid return label (where applicable) and send a replacement or repair the item at our discretion.

Our sole obligation under this warranty is repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not liable for any other costs or damages.

Product Disclaimer

All BOCO Custom LLC products are sold AS-IS for off-road, cosmetic, display, or organizational use only. These are aftermarket accessories and are not sponsored, endorsed, or approved by Milwaukee, DeWalt, Klein Tools, Husky, or any other brand.

Buyer assumes full responsibility for:

• Proper selection, installation, and use of the product.
• Verifying compatibility and load ratings with your specific setup.
• Using appropriate hardware and mounting surfaces.

Published load ratings (e.g., 300 lbs) are maximum values based on controlled testing with proper installation. Actual performance may vary. BOCO Custom LLC is not liable for any damage, injury, loss, or third-party claims arising from the purchase, installation, or use of our products.

No other warranties, express or implied (including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose), apply beyond this limited warranty.
