LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

We warrant our steel and aluminum mounting plates against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a weld fails or the metal structural integrity is compromised under normal intended use, we will replace the item at no cost to you.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

• Finish & Coating: Powder coating and raw metal finishes are subject to wear and tear, chemicals, and environmental conditions. Scratches, chips, or surface rust over time are not covered.
• Misuse: Damage caused by overloading beyond rated capacities, improper installation, or modification of the product.
• Third-Party Gear: This warranty covers BOCO Custom products only. We are not responsible for damage to your DeWALT, Milwaukee, Klein, or other brand toolboxes or vehicles.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

To initiate a warranty claim, please email admin@bococustom.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect. We will review your claim and provide instructions for replacement.
